Accommodation with pets

Bring your pets — we create comfortable conditions for you and your pets so that your vacation is pleasant and carefree.

Pets are allowed only in rooms of the highest category (studios, apartments) and strictly by prior agreement with the administration of the hotel complex upon presentation of a veterinary passport with valid vaccination marks. An additional 300 rubles per day is paid for each pet. The hotel does not provide animal care facilities, but at the request of the guest, it will provide materials for bedding (bedding) or bathing (towel, rags). The responsibility for pets lies entirely with their owners.

Be sure to follow the following rules for staying with pets:

• In public places, the pet must be strictly on a leash and in a muzzle or in a carrier.;
• Compliance with sanitary standards;
• Ensuring the safety of other guests and maintaining silence at set times (from 23:00 to 07:00);
• If the pet is left alone in the room, it is necessary to hang a "Do not disturb" sign on the door handle — in this case, the room will not be cleaned.

Pets are not allowed in rooms of the fifth category (with shared facilities on the floor).
