In 2016, a hostel with 25 beds was opened in the «Sochi» building. In 2018, 2019, and 2020, two additional wings were added to the «Sochi» hostel. In 2021, on the 2nd floor, higher-category rooms (studios and apartments) were introduced, and the hostel received a new classification certificate, becoming a city hotel.

The higher-category rooms offer excellent accommodation, all equipped with kitchens and bathrooms, fully meeting the standards of higher-category rooms. The single, double, and triple rooms of the 5th category (with shared facilities) provide not only a place to sleep but also a comfortable rest. We offer comfortable beds, cotton bedding and towels, daily room cleaning, and regular cleaning of showers, toilets, and common areas.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. Most attractions, the main embankment, theaters, concert halls, as well as many cafes and restaurants, are within walking distance.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that check-in is carried out around the clock on the 2nd floor of the «Sochi» building. The administrator will issue a guest card, room keys, and payment confirmation documents.

Rules of Stay at Hotel «Magnolia» of the «Sochi-Magnolia» Hotel Complex

Guest reception and accommodation are provided 24/7 based on written applications or on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to room availability) upon presentation of identity documents (see rules for Russian citizens Government Resolution No. 1853 dated 18.11.2020 and for foreign citizens Federal Law No. 109 dated 18.07.2006).

Please note: check-in using photocopies, scans, or photographs of identity documents is NOT ACCEPTED.

• Check-in of Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus citizens is performed with the original valid national passport.
• Check-in of minors under 14 years old requires identity documents of accompanying parents (adopters, guardians) or persons, along with written consent from legal representatives (at least one), and birth certificates of the minors.
• Check-in of minors aged 14 and over without legal representatives present requires their identity documents and written consent from legal representatives (at least one).
• Check-in of foreign citizens requires original foreign passport or stateless person’s passport, visa (if mandatory), and migration card. All Russian and foreign citizens must register their stay at the place of residence for the entire duration of hotel stay. No additional fee is charged for this service.

The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation if guests lack the necessary documents.

The hotel administration may refuse service and accommodation to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs without explanation.

Upon check-in, guests receive a guest card and an electronic room key.

Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in for the entire intended period according to the approved current price list.

When staying in «COMFORT» category rooms in building 1, a security deposit of 5,000 (five thousand) rubles is required. Upon check-out, the guest must hand over the room to the duty housekeeper or reception administrator. After inspection, the deposit is refunded by the same payment method. In case of damages, the hotel administration may retain all or part of the deposit to cover repair costs.

For all rooms in building 2, a security deposit of 5,000 (five thousand) rubles is also required under the same terms.

Accommodation is charged on a daily basis.

Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Check-in on the day of arrival starts from 3:00 PM.

Room must be vacated by 12:00 PM.

Early check-in fees are calculated from the base rate effective at payment time without discounts, as follows:

• 00:00 to 06:00 — half-day rate;
• 06:00 to 12:00 — hourly rate (hourly cost = daily rate / 24);
• 12:00 to 15:00 — no charge if rooms are available at check-in.

Early check-in availability is confirmed by hotel administration on the day of arrival subject to room readiness.

Late check-out fees are calculated similarly from the base rate without discounts:

• 12:00 to 18:00 — hourly rate (daily rate / 24);
• 12:00 to 00:00 — half-day rate;
• After 00:00 — full daily rate.

Late check-out is allowed only if no new booking exists for the room at the time of departure and must be confirmed by hotel administration.

In case of cancellation or modification less than 3 days before arrival, or no-show, a fee equal to one night's stay will be charged (except for bookings with special terms). Bookings are canceled if arrival is delayed by more than 24 hours.

For cancellations, shortened stays, or no-shows on bookings with special conditions, no refund of online booking fees is provided.

The maximum length of stay is unlimited, except for foreign citizens whose stay in Russia is limited by their visa term (Clause 42, Government Resolution No. 9 dated 15.01.2007).

Online booking fees equal the cost of the FIRST NIGHT’S stay (full price under special tariffs). Upon arrival, the accommodation cost is reduced by the prepaid amount.

Payment methods accepted: cash, non-cash payments, and bank cards. Payment must be made in advance for the entire intended stay.

The hotel is intended for temporary residence for the period agreed with hotel administration. Guests must vacate the room upon request after the agreed period. Extensions require notification at least 24 hours before check-out and extra payment. Extensions are possible only if no confirmed bookings exist for the room.

For early departure, guests paying by cash or card must submit a refund request for unused days. Refunds are not provided if departure occurs less than 24 hours before the end of the paid period or for bookings with special conditions.

Children under 7 years old staying in the same room with parents without an extra bed stay free of charge. Extra beds are charged according to the current price list.

Guests may receive visitors in their rooms from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM upon prior notification of the administrator. Visitors must present their ID for registration. Visitors staying past 11:00 PM must register and pay for accommodation.

If a guest has or is suspected of having an infectious disease, they must immediately undergo laboratory examination and medical supervision or treatment, and if dangerous to others, mandatory hospitalization or isolation (Article 33 of Federal Law «On Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population» No. 52-FZ dated 30.03.1999). Refusal to provide a medical document confirming no danger to others authorizes the hotel to terminate the service contract immediately.

Staying with pets is allowed only by prior agreement with hotel administration upon presentation of a veterinary passport with valid vaccinations. A fee of 300 rubles per pet per day applies. The hotel does not provide pet care products but can supply bedding or towels upon guest request. Owners are fully responsible for their pets.

The following pet rules must be strictly observed:

• Pets must be on a leash and muzzled or in a carrier in public areas;
• Use of hotel towels, sheets, or bedding for pets is prohibited;
• Pets are not allowed to be walked on hotel grounds or lawns;
• Guests must ensure safety of others and maintain quiet from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM;
• If a pet is left alone in the room, a «Do Not Disturb» sign must be placed on the door (or activated on the sensor panel); no room cleaning will be done in this case.

The hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract with guests whose pets exhibit aggressive, noisy, or inappropriate behavior.

When using electronic keys, please observe the following:

• Return the electronic key and guest card to the duty administrator upon check-out;
• In case of loss, guests must restore keys at reception by presenting their passport;
• If keys are forgotten in the room, contact reception immediately.

The hotel administration is not responsible for money or valuables not deposited for safekeeping (Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Guests must immediately report any loss of personal belongings from the room to hotel administration for necessary search measures.

Found items are subject to return to owners; if owners are not found, the administration reports the items to police or local authorities.

If a guest is absent from the room for more than 24 hours, the hotel administration may form a commission to inventory the room and hand over belongings to police or local authorities.

Guests are informed that 24/7 video surveillance operates in public areas of the hotel complex (corridors, lobbies, café, restaurant, reception).

The hotel administration reserves the right to enter rooms without guest consent in cases of smoke, flooding, or violation of hotel rules.

The reception maintains a book of reviews and suggestions. Complaints are addressed promptly by the administration.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel complex (Federal Law No. 15-FZ dated 23.02.2013). Violation may lead to contract termination and compensation for cleaning costs equivalent to one day’s stay.

All guests have equal rights.

All guests must:

• Comply with the hotel’s rules;
• Observe fire safety, sanitary norms, and maintain quiet;
• Turn off electrical appliances and lights, close taps and balcony doors, and lock room doors when leaving;
• Compensate for damage or loss of hotel property according to the approved price list;
• Return electronic keys and guest cards to the housekeeper or reception upon departure;
• Maintain silence from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

The following are prohibited in the hotel:

• Leaving strangers in the room during absence;
• Transferring electronic keys or guest cards to others;
• Staying with pets without prior approval;
• Smoking in rooms and public areas;
• Storing bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemicals, or radioactive substances in rooms;
• Disturbing other guests.

In cases not covered by these rules, the hotel administration and guests are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

These rules of stay at Hotel «Magnolia» of the «Sochi-Magnolia» Hotel Complex are developed in accordance with the Rules for Providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation, approved by Government Resolution No. 1853 dated 18.11.2020.
