Accommodation rules at the hotel "Sochi" of the Hotel Complex "Sochi-Magnolia"


Guests are welcomed and accommodated around the clock on the basis of written applications and free accommodation (subject to availability) upon presentation of identity documents (see the rules for settling citizens of the Russian Federation Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1853 of November 18, 2020 and of foreign citizens FZ No. 109 of July 18, 2006).

Please note: check-in based on blueprints, scans, photographs of identity documents is NOT PERFORMED.

  • The settlement of citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is carried out according to the original of a valid civil passport.
  • Check-in at the hotel of minor citizens under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of identity documents of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person (s) with them, provided that such accompanying person (s) provide the written consent of legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minors.
  • Check-in at the hotel of minor citizens who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the written consent of the legal representatives (one of them).
  • The settlement of foreign citizens is carried out on the basis of the original passport of a foreign citizen or stateless person, a visa (if required), as well as a migration card.
  • All Russian and foreign citizens are subject to registration at the place of stay for the entire duration of their stay at the hotel. There is no additional charge for this service.

The administration of the hotel complex has the right to refuse to check in if the Guests do not have the documents necessary for settling.

The administration of the hotel complex has the right to refuse service and check-in to persons in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication without explaining the reasons.

The administration of the hotel complex has the right to refuse to check in if the Guest refuses to give his consent to the processing of personal data.

When checking into rooms of the highest category (studios, apartments), the Guest is issued a guest card and an electronic key to the room.

When checking into rooms of the fifth category (with shared facilities on the floor), the Guest is issued a guest card, an electronic key for entering the block and a room key.

Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in at the hotel for the entire expected period of stay, according to the approved current price list.

When placing in rooms of the highest category (studios, apartments), the Guest pays a security deposit in the amount of the cost of ONE day of stay in cash or by credit card. When checking out, the Guest is obliged to hand over the room to the maid on duty or the receptionist. After the room is accepted, the security deposit is returned to the Guest in the same way it was accepted. In the event that damage is revealed during the delivery of the room, the administration of the hotel complex makes a decision to set off the entire amount of the security deposit or part of it against the payment of damage.
When placed in rooms of the fifth category (with shared facilities on the floor) - a security deposit is not required.

Single checkout time - 12.00 hours.

Accommodation on the day of arrival after 15:00.
Check out until 12:00.

For stays of no more than a day (up to 24 hours), the fee is charged per day, regardless of the checkout time.

When placing before check-in time, the payment for accommodation is charged in the following order:
  • from 00.00 to 06.00 - payment for half a day;
  • from 06.00 to 12.00 - hourly wages (calculated by the formula: cost of an hour = cost of a day of living/24).
Early check-in must be confirmed by the hotel administration.

In case of delayed departure of the Guest after checkout time, the payment for accommodation is charged in the following order:
  • from 12.00 to 18.00 - hourly wages (calculated by the formula: cost of an hour = cost of a day of stay / 24);
  • from 12.00 to 00.00 - payment for half a day;
  • from 12.00 onwards 00.00 - payment for a full day.
Late check-out is allowed if there is a free room at the time of check-out and must be confirmed by the hotel administration.

In case of late cancellation (less than 3 days before arrival) or no-show of the Guest in the paid room, he will be charged for the actual simple room, but no more than a day (except for applications with special booking conditions). If you are late for more than a day, the reservation will be canceled.

In case of cancellation or no-show of the Guest to the paid room booked under special conditions, no refund for the online booking service is provided.

The maximum period of stay at the hotel is not limited, with the exception of foreign citizens whose period of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation is limited by the duration of the visa (clause 42 of theof the formation of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 9 of January 15, 2007)

Payment for the online booking service is charged in the amount of the cost of the FIRST DAY of accommodation (the FULL cost of accommodation (according to the conditions of special rates), upon arrival of the guest, the cost of accommodation is reduced by the paid cost of the online booking service.

The form of payment at the hotel is cash, bank transfer and payment by bank payment cards. Payment for accommodation is paid by the Guest in advance for the entire expected period of residence. Upon check-in, the guest must pay the Resort tax, with the exception of privileged categories of citizens. (214-FZ, 3690-KZ)

According to the Law of the Krasnodar Territory "On Amendments to the Law of the Krasnodar Region" 4290-KZ:

"The size of the resort tax on the territory of the experiment for one individual who has reached the age of 18 and resides in the accommodation facility for more than 24 hours is:
  • from July 16, 2018 to May 31, 2020 - 10 rubles per day;
  • from June 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 - 0 rubles per day;
  • from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 - 10 rubles per day;
  • from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 - 50 rubles per day.";
The hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed with the hotel administration. After the expiry of the agreed period, the resident is obliged to vacate the room at the request of the administration. In case of prolongation of the stay, the Guest is obliged to notify the hotel administrator about this no later than 24 hours before the estimated time and make an additional payment. Extension of the period of stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it in favor of third parties.

In case of early departure, if payment was made in cash or by bank card, the Guest must fill out an application for refunding money for the unused period of stay. In the event that the Guest leaves less than 24 hours before the end of the paid period of stay or upon requests with special booking conditions - no refund will be made.

When children under 7 years old stay in the same room with their parents without providing extra bed, no fee will be charged. When providing additional space, the fee is charged according to the current price list.

The guest can take visitors to his room from 08.00 to 23.00, having previously notified the administrator. The visitor must present his / her passport to the administrator for registration in the visitors' log. If the visitor is late after 23.00 hours, he needs to register with the accommodation service and pay for the accommodation.

If the Guest detects an infectious disease or suspects such a disease, the Guest must immediately undergo a laboratory examination and medical supervision or treatment and, if it poses a danger to others, compulsory hospitalization or isolation (Article 33 of the Federal Law “On Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare population "from 30.03.1999. No. 52-FZ). The Guest's refusal to provide a document from a medical institution stating that there is no danger to others from an infectious disease or suspicion of it gives the Contractor a reason to terminate the contract for the provision of services immediately.

Accommodation in a room with pets is possible in rooms of the highest category (studios, apartments), in agreement with the hotel administration upon presentation of a veterinary passport with marks of vaccinations and does not require additional payment. The hotel does not provide pet care. Responsibility for pets lies with their owners.

Pets are not allowed in rooms of the fifth category (with shared facilities on the floor).

When using an electronic key, please observe the following rules:
  • upon check-out, the electronic key and the guest card must be handed over to the receptionist on duty at the reception and service;
  • if the electronic key or guest card is lost, the Guest must restore them at the reception and service, presenting a passport;
  • if the electronic key has been forgotten in the room, you must contact the reception and service.
The hotel administration is not responsible for the safety of money and valuables that have not been deposited (Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
In case of discovery of the loss of personal belongings from the room, the Guest is obliged to immediately inform the administration about this in order to take the necessary measures to search for the missing things. If forgotten things are found, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration reports the find to the police or local government. If the guest is absent from the place of residence for more than a day, the hotel administration has the right to create a commission, make an inventory of the property in the room and transfer it to the police or local government.

Administration of one hundredth Guest is informed that 24-hour video surveillance is carried out on the territory and in the public premises of the hotel building (corridors, halls, cafes, accommodation service).

The hotel administration reserves the right to enter the room without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, flooding, as well as in case of violation by guests of these rules of staying at the hotel.

The Reception service has a book of reviews and suggestions. In case of complaints, the administration takes all possible measures to eliminate them.

Smoking throughout the hotel is prohibited (N 15-ФЗ dated 02.23.2013). For violation of this rule, the hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services with compensation for damage from the Guest for general dressing and sanitization of the room in the amount of the cost of a day's stay.

All Guests have the same rights.

They are obliged to:
  • comply with the rules of residence established in the hotel;
  • comply with fire safety rules, sanitary standards, silence;
  • when leaving the room, turn off electrical appliances and artificial lighting, close water taps, balcony doors, lock the front door of the room;
  • compensate for damage in case of loss or damage to hotel property in accordance with the approved price list;
  • upon departure, hand over the room, the electronic key to the room and the guest card of the maid on duty or the receptionist;
  • keep quiet from 23:00 to 08:00.

 It is prohibited in the hotel:
  • leave unauthorized persons in the room in your absence;
  • transfer to unauthorized persons an electronic key, a key to the room or entrance to the block and a guest card;
  • to live in a room with pets without the consent of the hotel administration;
  • smoke in rooms and public areas;
  • store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances in the room;
  • disturb the peace of other guests.


In cases not provided for by these rules of residence at the Sochi Hotel, the administration of the Hotel Complex and the Guest are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.



These rules for staying at the Sochi hotel have been developed in accordance with the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1853 of November 18, 2020.
